Web Design and Development

POI369 designs and builds corporate websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores and SaaS products on Next.js. Page content is rendered on the server and sent as ready HTML, so the site loads quickly on phones and search engines and AI crawlers read it correctly. Multiple languages, security headers and structured data are standard. A landing page package costs 690 EUR; a five-page corporate site package costs 1,900 EUR.

What we design and build

Corporate websites

Sites that explain the brand, separate services clearly and have a contact form that actually delivers. Multilingual structure and structured data from the start.

Landing pages and campaign sites

Single-goal pages that receive ad traffic. Tracking works from launch day and the page keeps improving through the campaign.

E-commerce

Product catalogue, cart, secure payment and order flow. We sell packages on our own site through Stripe the same way.

Content and publishing platforms

News, guide and listing sites where publishing speed, indexability and page performance decide the traffic.

SaaS and web applications

Authentication, role and permission matrix, billing, integrations and, where needed, a desktop client. Built to be operated for years.

AI features inside products

Assistants, recommendation, interpretation or generation as part of the product, with cost and quality control.

Why we build on Next.js

Next.js renders the main content of a page on the server and sends it as ready HTML. Visitors on slow phones see text immediately, and Googlebot as well as AI crawlers from ChatGPT or Perplexity read the same content. JavaScript goes into motion and interaction, not into drawing text.

The code is TypeScript in strict mode. That largely removes the "one update broke everything" problem common on plugin-heavy sites. Components are reusable, so adding a page does not mean designing from scratch.

Every tool has its place. For a site that changes often, has no technical team and modest performance needs, WordPress can still make sense, and we say so in the first call. When performance, multiple languages, security or product logic are central, we choose Next.js.

Problems we solve

A slow site wastes ad spend

If people bounce before the page opens, the budget leaks. Lightweight server-rendered pages and optimised images close that leak.

Google sees the site but does not understand it

Without a clean heading order, structured data, canonical URLs and a sitemap, good content struggles to rank. These are part of the build.

Adding a language breaks the site

Each language lives on its own URL with correct hreflang. Our own site runs in six languages, including right-to-left Arabic.

A template that hides the brand

Design follows from the brand identity, and motion and interaction are planned from the start. The site does not look like a competitor’s.

Every new post waits for a developer

The blog is set up on MDX or a headless CMS with list and post templates, categories, RSS and a social image template. A new post does not need design work each time.

The form fills in but the lead never arrives

A validated, spam-protected form flow with notifications is part of the build, and delivery to the right inbox is tested before launch.

How a web project runs

  1. Brief and scope

What the site must do, for whom, in which languages, on what timeline. The fixed price follows from this conversation, not before it.

  2. Design

Page structure, wireframes and high-fidelity screens. Motion and interaction are decided early so they are budgeted, not bolted on.

  3. Build

Component library, content model and integrations, with regular previews on a staging URL.

  4. Quality and launch

Performance, accessibility, cross-device and security checks. Redirects from an old site are mapped and tested; Search Console and analytics are live on launch day.

  5. Care and growth

Security updates, uptime monitoring and small changes are covered by the monthly care package. Larger iterations are scoped separately.

What does a website cost?

Products with accounts, payments, dashboards and integrations are priced after a short discovery.

Catalog for up to 20 products, cart, Stripe payments, shipping rules and order emails; a sales-ready store with admin access.

Extra pages and multilingual: 120 / 390 EUR

An extra page in your existing design language is 120 EUR. Multilingual setup (URL structure, language switcher, hreflang) is 390 EUR; translation is not included and each extra language is priced separately.

Built for search and AI crawlers

Every page gets a single H1, a meaningful heading order, a canonical URL, social sharing tags and structured data such as Organization, Service and BreadcrumbList. Sitemaps and metadata are generated from the same content source as the pages, so they cannot drift apart.

Security headers (Content Security Policy, HSTS, frame and referrer policies) ship on every route. Crawler rules for AI bots are written on purpose, and pages can also be served in a plain machine-readable version. This is the setup we run on this site.

Questions we get asked

How much does a corporate website cost?

Our corporate website package, up to five custom-designed pages, is 1,900 EUR including hosting and deploy setup, form flow and a technical SEO audit. A single landing page is 690 EUR. Larger or product-like projects are priced by scope.

How long until the site is live?

It depends on scope: number of pages and languages, whether content is ready, and integrations. The timeline comes in writing with the quote, and you follow progress on a preview URL.

Can we edit content ourselves?

Yes. You receive documentation for content updates. How content is managed is chosen with you at the start, based on how often it changes and who changes it; small edits can also be handled by us under the care package.

Is the site delivered SEO-ready?

The technical SEO foundation is part of every build: server-rendered content, metadata, structured data, sitemap, redirects. Ongoing content and ranking work is a separate SEO & GEO service.

Who handles hosting and maintenance?

We set up hosting and deployment. After launch, security updates, uptime monitoring and small changes can stay with us through the Site Care & Growth package at 190 EUR per month.

Who owns the code and the domain?

You do. You receive the source code and keep the access keys.

Can you build a multilingual site?

Yes. Each language gets its own URL with correct hreflang, right-to-left languages such as Arabic included. Our own site runs in six languages.
