poi369 is a digital creative studio based in Tallinn, Estonia (poi369 OÜ). We work across four areas: brand identity and design, web and digital product development, performance marketing, and AI-assisted content and analytics. The team is small, so you talk directly to the people doing the work, with no account manager layer in between.

What services do you offer?

From logo and brand identity to corporate sites and e-commerce built with Next.js, from Meta and Google ads management to measurement infrastructure (GA4, GTM, Pixel, Conversion API) and SEO content production. Every item is listed with its price on the packages page, where you can also build your own package by picking what you need.

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Two ways. Ready-made packages have fixed prices: the Landing Page bundle is 690 EUR, the Corporate Website bundle is 1,900 EUR, for example. Or you pick the items you need from the catalog and build your own package, with the total calculated instantly. Every price is published on the site, so you see it without waiting for a quote.

How do I pay?

You can pay for packages on the site by credit or debit card through Stripe. Your card details never reach us; they are handled entirely on Stripe. Monthly services run as a subscription and one-off items are added to the first payment. For corporate purchases we can also invoice and work by bank transfer, just write to us.

Are there hidden fees later on?

Accepted Answer

No. The price you see on the page is the price of the work. Only two things need separate budgeting: your ad spend (you pay Meta and Google directly, it is not part of our management fee) and any third-party licences such as a domain, a commercial font or stock imagery. We list these in writing before the work starts.

Can I change or stop a monthly service later?

Yes. Monthly services carry no long-term commitment; write to us whenever you want to scale the scope up or down, or end the subscription. Changes take effect from the next billing period, and the period you already paid for is delivered in full.

How does the process work?

Four steps: discovery (we clarify what you want and what we will measure), proposal (scope, timeline and price in writing), production (we work in visible increments, so there are no surprises at the end) and delivery (we take it live and hand over source files and access). You have one point of contact throughout.

How long does the work take?

A landing page typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, a five-page corporate site 3 to 5 weeks, and an e-commerce build 5 to 8 weeks. Brand identity takes 2 to 4 weeks. These assume feedback arrives on time; the most common delay is waiting for content and approvals. You get a firm timeline in writing at the proposal stage.

When will I see results from ads and SEO?

With ads the first data arrives within days, but optimisation usually needs 4 to 6 weeks to settle while audiences, creatives and bidding are tested. SEO is slower: 3 to 6 months is a realistic expectation for meaningful movement. We do not promise "this many sales in this many weeks"; instead you see exactly what we measure and how it is moving in a monthly report.

Our live work covers SaaS and team software, multilingual content platforms, e-commerce, local service businesses, construction and healthcare; you can see each one by name with a link on the work page. What matters more than industry experience is taking the time to understand how your business actually works.

Do you provide support after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every delivery includes a short settling-in period where we fix issues that surface after launch at no cost. For ongoing support there is a monthly care package: updates, security patches, uptime monitoring and small content changes. We work over email and reply within one business day during working hours.

Who owns the work, and do I get the source files?

Accepted Answer

You own the work. On delivery you receive the source files (design files, code repository) and all account access. Domain, hosting and ad accounts are set up in your name, not ours. If we part ways, nothing is held hostage, and that is a principle for us.

What technology do you build sites with?

Accepted Answer

We build with Next.js and TypeScript. In practice that means a site that loads fast, is easy for search engines to read, is mobile-first and is straightforward to extend. It also removes, from the start, the slowness and security upkeep that come with theme and plugin weight on a WordPress-based setup.

How do you use AI in your work?

Accepted Answer

We use AI where it genuinely saves time: content drafts, image variants, data summaries and automating repetitive steps. But everything that ships passes through human hands. We do not hand your brand voice to a model; AI speeds up the draft, we make the call.

How do you handle data security and GDPR compliance?

On the sites we build, security headers, HTTPS, form validation and spam protection are standard. For every flow that collects personal data (contact forms, cookies, analytics) we set up the required notices and the consent mechanism. We hold ourselves to the same standard: on this site analytics only runs if you accept cookies.
