POI369 is a branding agency in Tallinn, Estonia. We build brand identities from positioning to logo, colour, typography and a 20 to 30 page brand book, and then carry the identity into the website, the product interface and the ads, because the same team builds those too. A fixed-price identity package starts at 1,200 EUR. Larger scopes, including naming and full rebrands, are quoted after a workshop.

A logo presented on a mood board is easy to like. The real test comes later: a 16 pixel favicon, a dark-mode dashboard, an Arabic right-to-left layout, a Meta ad at thumb size, a sticker on a laptop. Many identities fall apart at that stage because the studio that drew them never had to build anything with them.
We design with the build in mind. Colour tokens are defined for screens and for print, typography is checked for every language the brand will publish in, including Estonian, Turkish and Russian characters, and every element is tested in the interfaces it will actually appear in.
Strategy comes first. Who the brand is for, what it should be known for, what it refuses to be. The visual work follows from those answers, which makes the identity easier to defend when opinions start arriving from every side.
Audience, promise, tone of voice and the few words the brand should own. Written down so the whole team can use it.
Three concepts, one refined into a primary logo, symbol and variants that work from favicon to billboard.
Colour, typography, graphic language, iconography and image direction, defined as tokens a developer can use directly.
A 20 to 30 page guide with rules, examples and misuse cases, so agencies and freelancers after us apply the identity correctly.
Business card, letterhead, email signature, presentation and social media templates.
Website, app interface and ad creatives built by the same team, so the identity arrives intact where customers actually see it.
Founders launching in Estonia or entering the EU who need a credible identity, a site and a first campaign in weeks.
Five designers, five interpretations. A system with tokens and a brand book brings the website, the decks and the ads back in line.
The company changed, the market changed, the logo from year one no longer fits. A rebrand that keeps what customers already recognise.
A SaaS or app with a generic UI kit. An identity that carries into the interface makes the product recognisable in a screenshot.
Without a brand book, each printer, agency and freelancer interprets the logo differently. A 20 to 30 page guide with misuse cases settles it.
Business card, letterhead and email signature designed as one set, in the same system as the logo and colours.

Three distinct directions, each shown on real applications: website header, app screen, social post, business card.
One direction developed into the full system: logo variants, colour, typography, graphic language.
Guidelines, source files, exports and design tokens delivered, with a handover call for your team or developers.
Website, templates, product interface and launch creatives built by the same team.
The people who draw the identity also build the site and the product. Nothing gets lost between a PDF and production.
Typography and layout checked in Estonian, English, Turkish, Russian and Arabic when the brand needs them.
Logo, identity system, brand book and stationery at a fixed 1,200 EUR. No surprises for the most common scope.
We aim for identities that people remember, not a safe blend of the category. The strategy work gives that boldness a reason.
Each of the three directions is presented on a website header, an app screen, a social post and a business card, so you judge it in context.
Performance campaigns, AI-assisted content and SEO/GEO sit in the same team, so the identity keeps its shape after launch.
We are based in Tallinn and work with companies in Estonia, across the EU and in Türkiye. Many of our clients are founders who run a company from Estonia while selling to other markets, so the identity has to work in several languages and cultures from day one.
Workshops run in person in Tallinn or remotely. Working languages are English and Turkish.
Our Brand Identity Bundle is a fixed 1,200 EUR: logo with three concepts, colour and typography system, a 20 to 30 page brand book, and business card, letterhead and email signature. Naming, strategy-heavy rebrands and product UI are quoted separately.
A standard identity usually takes four to six weeks from workshop to brand book, depending mostly on how quickly feedback rounds close.
Yes. Web and digital product work is one of our four disciplines, and most identity clients continue with the site. The identity is designed knowing it will be built.
