A team-management SaaS needed to be built - without the fragmentation that comes from stitching multiple tools together. Tasks, calendar, leave, performance reviews, and social-media management had to live under one roof.
02 / Idea
A unified, AI-assisted workspace covering every operational function. Timo AI (built-in assistant) and Klasyon (content-calendar module) took shape around this vision.
03 / Solution
A macOS/Windows desktop app, a web platform, and an integrated product architecture covering all core modules were designed and shipped. Brand identity was built from scratch.

poitim.com is live: a fully functional team-management platform for the Turkish B2B SaaS market - from task management and performance reviews to leave tracking and social-media planning, all in one product.
