AI Content Production

POI369 builds AI content production systems for brands. We write down the brand voice, set up production templates and an approval flow, then produce blog posts, social media content and visuals through that pipeline. AI speeds up research, drafting and adaptation; an editor checks and approves every piece. The pipeline is built so the team can publish weekly instead of monthly, without sliding into the mass-produced content Google acts against.

What AI content production means in practice

Most of a marketing team’s week is not strategy. It is adapting one message into twelve formats, translating it into four languages, preparing the visuals and fitting it all into a calendar. That is the work models are good at, provided someone owns the brief, the brand voice and the final approval.

The pipeline we build has three layers: AI researches, drafts and adapts; an editor checks, corrects and approves; measurement shows what worked and shapes next month’s plan. Output goes up without the quality going down.

We are also clear about where AI stays out. Brand strategy, pricing, anything that needs a deeper understanding of the customer than the data holds, and the final sentence that goes live stay with people.

What we produce

Content production pipeline

Brand voice guide, 5 to 8 semi-automated production templates, an approval flow and a handover session. Content stops depending on one person and becomes a system.

SEO blog content

Keyword-targeted, editor-reviewed posts with visuals and internal links. Four or eight posts a month, with a monthly topic plan.

Social media content

On-brand static posts, motion creatives and a monthly content plan, so the feed never goes quiet.

AI-assisted visual set

20 to 30 visuals adapted to your brand style, plus a prompt set to reproduce the style later.

Multilingual adaptation

One piece adapted into Turkish, English, Estonian and other languages. Every language that goes live is reviewed by a native speaker.

Structure for SEO and GEO

Heading structure, summary paragraphs, structured data and internal links, so the content reads well to Google and to AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini.

Does Google penalise AI-assisted content?

Not by itself. Google says it looks at how helpful content is, not at how it was produced. What it acts against is pages published at scale without adding value, which it treats as a separate spam policy called scaled content abuse.

That is why editorial approval is a required step in our pipeline, not an optional check. Every piece has to answer a real question, carry the brand’s own knowledge and be read by a person before it goes live. We do not publish hundreds of generic articles in one go; that damages authority instead of building it.

Problems we solve

The content backlog never shrinks

A pipeline that drafts and adapts under your brand rules, so the team publishes weekly in every market instead of monthly in one.

The brand sounds different every time

A written voice guide and templates keep different people and different tools speaking as one brand.

Several languages, one small team

AI speeds up adaptation, native review protects quality, and each language is published on its own URL.

AI tools everywhere, no process

If ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini are used ad hoc across the team, we connect them into one workflow with an approval step.

Blog posts bring no search traffic

If topics are not chosen by search intent, even good posts go unread. The monthly topic plan starts from keyword targets, and every post links into the related pages.

Visuals look different every time

A visual set adapted to your brand style, plus a prompt set to reproduce it, keeps AI-made images in one consistent look.

How an engagement runs

  1. Voice and content audit

We review existing content, channels and competitors, then write down the voice guide and the topics most likely to bring traffic or customers.

  2. Pipeline setup

Templates, prompt sets, approval flow and publishing calendar. The AI steps are specified like software: inputs, outputs, quality checks.

  3. First production batch

The first month of posts, social content and visuals comes out of the pipeline, and we run the approval step together with your team.

  4. Monthly production and measurement

Publishing, a performance report and next month’s topic plan. What worked gets more of the budget.

Why POI369

We run the same system on our own brand

This site’s six-language content and structured data are also produced through an editor-approved pipeline.

Design and engineering in the same team

Visual identity, website and publishing infrastructure sit with us too, so content goes live in the right place and format.

Transparent prices

The content pipeline, monthly SEO content and social media packages are listed with EUR prices on the packages page.

Honest about AI

We do not promise that AI writes everything. We say up front where it saves time and where a person is needed.

An editor approves every piece

AI speeds up the draft, and every piece that goes live passes an editor. We do not produce the mass, low-value content Google acts against.

Multilingual publishing is daily work

Our own site runs in six languages, including right-to-left Arabic, and Faltastik runs in six too. Multilingual content is routine for us, not an exception.

Questions we get asked

Will Google penalise AI-assisted content?

Not by itself. Google rewards helpful content regardless of how it was produced and acts against mass-produced content that adds no value. In our pipeline every piece passes an editor and answers a real question.

How do you control quality?

Every piece is read, fact-checked and corrected by an editor before it goes live. The templates and the voice guide define what to check; the final approval stays with your team or our editor.

Will the content sound like our brand?

Yes. We start with a brand voice guide: tone, word choices, phrases to avoid, example copy. The production templates are built on that guide.

Which languages do you produce in?

English and Turkish are our working languages. We also produce in Estonian, Russian and other languages, and every language that goes live is reviewed by a native speaker.

What does it cost?

The Content Production Pipeline is a one-time 890 EUR. Monthly SEO content is 340 EUR for four posts and 590 EUR for eight. Social media packages are 490 and 750 EUR a month, and the AI-assisted visual set is 450 EUR.

Who owns the content?

You can use everything produced for you across your brand without restriction.
