SEO, GEO and Analytics Services

POI369 runs technical SEO, GEO and analytics as one program so a brand can be found on Google and inside the answers of AI assistants. We make the site crawlable and clear, describe the brand with structured data, plan content around search intent, and measure what works with GA4 and Looker Studio. We do not guarantee rankings; we report impressions, clicks, AI answer mentions and conversions every month.

What this service fixes

Most sites fall behind not because nobody sees them but because search engines cannot understand them. Pages are not crawled, the same content lives at three addresses, language versions do not know about each other, or Google cannot tell in one sentence what the company sells. More content does not fix that. The foundations do.

The second layer is how people search now. Part of them ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity and pick from the brands named in the answer. Getting into that answer requires a site that gives search engines and AI systems open, consistent and verifiable information. That is GEO.

The third layer is measurement. Without seeing what works, budget and effort are spent on guesses, so we build SEO and GEO work together with GA4, Search Console and a report people actually read.

SEO and GEO: one discipline, two surfaces

SEO gets pages ranking in Google results: crawlability, speed, content and links. GEO (generative engine optimization) gets the brand named and cited in answers generated by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode.

Most AI systems ground their answers in pages retrieved from the web, so a site that is hard to crawl, contradictory or anonymous loses on both. GEO adds three things on top of SEO: a brand described the same way everywhere, clear answers at the top of pages that can be quoted on their own, and regular measurement of AI visibility. Nobody can guarantee a place in an AI answer. We make the brand easier to find, understand and trust, and we measure the effect month by month.

What we do

Technical SEO audit

Crawling, indexing, sitemap and robots, canonicals, structured data and multilingual (hreflang) signals, checked end to end. The output is a prioritised action list.

Error and redirect cleanup

404s in Search Console, redirect chains and duplicate URLs. Old URL families are mapped to the right page with 301s, one by one.

Structured data and entity graph

Organization, WebSite, Service and Article nodes linked in one graph, with the brand name, legal name and profiles written the same way everywhere.

GEO: visibility in AI search

Quotable answers at the top of pages, visible Q&A, llms.txt, robots rules open to AI crawlers, and IndexNow notifications for Bing.

Intent-led content

Keyword and question research, topic clusters and internal linking plans. Optional monthly SEO content, reviewed by an editor.

Analytics and reporting

GA4 setup, key events, Search Console connection and a Looker Studio dashboard that shows every channel on one screen, with a monthly written report.

Problems we solve

“We do not show up on Google.”

Usually the cause is infrastructure, not content: unindexed pages, wrong canonicals, text hidden behind JavaScript. An audit makes it visible.

“ChatGPT recommends our competitors.”

Who the brand is, what it sells and where it works may not be stated clearly and consistently on the web. GEO work closes that gap.

“We cannot tell which channel pays.”

Missing events, double-counted conversions, GA4 not linked to Search Console. Until tracking is fixed, the report is wrong too.

“Only one language version gets traffic.”

Without hreflang, Google treats language versions as competitors. Each language needs its own canonical URL.

“We relaunched and traffic dropped.”

If old addresses were not moved to new pages with 301 redirects, Google loses the accumulated value in 404s. We map old URLs one by one and set up redirect families.

“Reports arrive, nobody reads them.”

A dashboard that answers a few questions instead of dozens of charts: which channel, which page, which conversion. A plain summary a manager can read at a glance.

How it runs

  1. Audit

Technical SEO, Search Console data, the current tracking setup and a baseline of AI answers for selected questions. You get a written picture and a priority list.

  2. Foundation fixes

Crawl and index errors, redirects, structured data, speed and language signals. These have the most lasting effect, so they go first.

  3. Measurement

GA4 events, Search Console connection and the dashboard. Every later decision rests on these numbers.

  4. Content and GEO

New and refreshed pages from the intent map, quotable answers, internal links and a consistent brand description across the web.

  5. Monthly cycle

Impressions, clicks, rankings, conversions and AI answer mentions reported every month; next month’s work is chosen from those numbers.

How we measure AI search visibility

We build a fixed set of prompts: the commercial and conversational questions a buyer in the category would ask. The same set runs every month in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, and we record whether the brand is mentioned, whether it is cited as a source, where it appears and which competitors show up.

For our own brand we have planned a 50-prompt monthly set, and the method is published in the AI Search Lab. A single answer can be chance; the same questions tracked over months show the trend.

Why POI369

We run it on our own site first

The site you are reading publishes in six languages with an entity graph, llms.txt, IndexNow and hreflang in place. The method we sell works here.

SEO and engineering in one team

Problems found in the audit are not handed to another agency; we fix the code ourselves. Nothing gets lost between report and implementation.

Transparent starting prices

Technical SEO audit, GA4 setup and a reporting dashboard have fixed prices on the packages page. Larger programs are quoted after the audit.

Measurement, not guarantees

If someone guarantees a ranking or an AI recommendation, ask where the number comes from. We show the method and the monthly results.

SEO has a dedicated owner

One of our co-founders is Head of SEO. The audit, the priority list and the monthly report go across the same desk.

Multilingual structure from the start

Every language, right-to-left Arabic included, gets its own URL and is linked with hreflang. Our own site runs in six languages on this setup.

Questions we get asked

How long does SEO take?

Technical fixes usually start to show in Search Console within a few weeks as Google recrawls the pages. Competitive queries take months of content and authority work. The site’s starting point and the competition set the timeline; we give a realistic one after the audit.

Do you guarantee first place or a ChatGPT recommendation?

No. Nobody controls Google’s rankings or the answers AI systems give. Ask anyone who guarantees it where the number comes from. We show the method, the monthly numbers and which work changed what.

Should we move budget from SEO to GEO?

No. AI answers rely heavily on web pages, so a site with weak technical SEO stays weak in GEO. GEO adds brand consistency, quotable answers and AI visibility measurement on top of SEO.

How do you measure visibility in AI answers?

A fixed prompt set runs every month in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. We record mentions, citations, position and competitors, and compare the same questions month over month.

What is in the monthly report?

Search Console impressions and clicks, top pages and queries, GA4 conversions, an AI visibility table, the work done that month and next month’s priority. The dashboard is always live; the written report arrives monthly.

What does it cost?

A technical SEO audit is 390 EUR, GA4 setup 350 EUR, and a reporting dashboard 390 EUR setup plus 90 EUR a month. Monthly SEO content is 340 EUR for 4 posts or 590 EUR for 8. Full SEO and GEO programs are quoted after the audit.
