POI369 builds and repairs the measurement layer under your ads and website: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking and consent handling. We audit the current setup end to end, bring the numbers into one Looker Studio dashboard, then improve pages with heatmaps and A/B tests. A tracking audit costs 400 EUR and GA4 setup 350 EUR. We promise measurable data, not guaranteed results.

Ads, SEO or social: whatever you spend on, you decide with numbers. The layer that produces those numbers is often the part nobody owns. The Pixel came from one agency, GA4 from a developer, Tag Manager from an intern, and nobody knows what is being counted correctly today.
This service takes ownership of that layer. We agree which events matter, build the tags in one clean structure, close the gap browser restrictions open with server-side delivery, and verify every conversion end to end with a test order.
Once the data is clean, the second job starts: getting more from the same traffic. Heatmaps and analytics show where a page creates friction, we write a hypothesis and test the change with an A/B test. Decisions follow a measured difference, not a guess.
Property and data stream, key event definitions, internal traffic filter, Google Ads and Search Console connections. Delivered as a working GA4 with 8-10 custom events.
Container setup, tag, trigger and variable architecture, a naming standard and version discipline, with access handed over to you.
Pixel with 5 standard events, then server-side Conversions API with event_id deduplication and EMQ improvement, plus a test report.
Conversion actions, enhanced conversions and consent mode v2 setup, wired to your consent flow and verified.
End-to-end audit of your existing Pixel, GTM, GA4 and CAPI setup: missing and double-counted events, broken triggers, a PDF report.
Meta and Google audience structure for visitors, cart abandoners, lookalikes and exclusions. 8-12 audiences and a funnel diagram.
A Looker Studio dashboard with channel-level ROAS and CAC, a monthly commented report and a 30 minute review call.
Conversion analysis from heatmaps and analytics with 3-5 implemented improvements a month, plus 2 hypothesis-driven A/B tests a month with the winner rolled out.
Meta or Google reports one number, your order system another. Usually the cause is missing deduplication or an event fired in the wrong place.
Refreshing the thank-you page fires the conversion again, or Pixel and CAPI send the same event separately. The report looks great and is wrong.
Data flows, but no key events are defined, internal traffic is not filtered and Google Ads is not linked. Numbers exist, answers do not.
Unnamed tags, scripts added years ago, triggers with no known owner. Nobody dares to delete anything.
Data is sent for users who declined, or consent mode is missing so part of your conversions never show up.
Button colours, headlines and form fields change, but nobody measures what happened next. Nobody knows what worked.
Your Pixel, GTM, GA4 and CAPI setup, consent flow and conversion definitions reviewed end to end. You get a written report of what is right, missing or double-counted.
Tags installed or cleaned up to a measurement plan, server-side delivery and consent mode added. Every conversion is verified end to end with a test event.
A Looker Studio dashboard showing channels, spend and conversions on one screen, kept simple enough to answer a few clear questions.
Heatmaps and analytics locate friction on the page, we write a hypothesis and test the change with an A/B test.
Results are reviewed every month, the winning variant is rolled out and the next test is chosen. The measurement plan is updated as the site changes.
We do not publish client data or conversion figures without permission. Below is work involving measurement or reporting.

Clinics, agencies and B2B firms. Seeing which channel brings real demand requires form, call and booking events defined correctly.
Accounts left by a previous agency and tags with unclear access. An audit first, then a clean handover with access held in your name.
Teams that run campaigns themselves but need Pixel, CAPI and GA4 set up or audited. This service works without ads management.
Teams that want the measurement plan rewritten as the site changes, without losing past events, and counting correctly from launch day.
Visitors arrive but forms and carts stay empty. Measurement first, then page improvements with heatmaps and A/B tests.
Meta Pixel setup is 250 EUR, GTM setup 300 EUR, GA4 setup 350 EUR, Conversions API 450 EUR, Google Ads conversion tracking 300 EUR, remarketing architecture 300 EUR and a tracking infrastructure audit 400 EUR. A reporting dashboard is 390 EUR to set up plus 90 EUR a month. CRO is 450 EUR to start plus 400 EUR a month, and the A/B testing program is 400 EUR a month. Every item is on the packages page.
We wire tags to your consent flow: marketing tags do not fire before consent, and consent mode v2 is set up on the Google side. The legal wording of the banner and which categories you offer are your decision; we make sure the technical setup follows it.
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion actions, Search Console and Looker Studio. For CRO, heatmap and A/B testing tools are chosen to fit the site’s stack.
New events are counted correctly from the day the setup is verified. Past data does not repair itself, and you need a few weeks of clean data before comparisons mean much. For A/B tests, traffic volume decides the timeline; low-traffic pages need longer tests, and we say so upfront.
No. Measurement can be bought on its own. If you or another agency run the campaigns, we do the setup and audit and hand access over. If you want ads management as well, our performance marketing service runs on the same measurement layer.
You do. The GA4 property, Tag Manager container, Meta Business assets and Looker Studio dashboard sit in your accounts, and we work as authorised users. When the work ends, removing our access is all it takes.
Which tools are installed, which conversions are counted, where the numbers disagree. We come back with an audit summary and a prioritised list of fixes.
